Please download our “Registration Form & our Terms & Condition of Business (Performers) fill as much information as possible, yes I know its a boring and a tedious task but the more you can fill in the better your Profile will be and so much easier  to sell you to our clients.  So PLEASE take your time to fill it in as best and in full as you can, especially the ‘Promotional Text for your biography‘. One last thing your profile is your Shop Window, so lets start selling your amazing talent!

Click on the icon bellow to download the documents and once you have completed both documents you can either scan and email them back to performer@mregroup.co.uk . Or you can put them in an envelope and post them to the office.

Please note the Terms & Conditions of Business Contract must be signed, name printed and dated in your own handwriting. We will not accept any T & C’s if your name and signature is typed or printed from a pc.
